Defending the Open Sea
Pirate Cannon Arcade Defender places you at a fixed cannon position on the open sea. Enemy pirate ships approach in waves, and your job is to sink each one before it can attack. The entire game runs in a browser, so there is no download or installation step. The pirate theme sets a light adventurous tone while keeping the action focused on aiming and timing rather than graphic content.
Aiming, Firing, and Reading the Waves
You aim the cannon with a mouse or touchscreen and click or tap to fire a cannonball. The challenge comes from moving targets: as you progress, more ships appear and they travel faster. You need to lead faster ships slightly and prioritize the ones closest to your cannon, since they pose the most immediate threat. Each shot is a small decision about which ship to hit and when to release the cannonball.
